Servicing / Infrastructure Connection

This is what makes your land 'ready to live' and usable daily. Without servicing (utilities), no running water for the shower, no electricity for lights, and no toilet drainage. It's vital to know if your land is already serviced or if you'll have to incur these major costs, which can be very high.

In Africa, even in urban areas, many plots are not fully serviced. Connections can be costly, complex, and time-consuming. Sanitation might be non-existent, requiring an individual septic tank, and access to water or electricity can be unstable or shared. This is an often-underestimated expense.
