Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Project milestone payments can also be made via bank transfer.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What currencies do you support?
We display estimated prices in EUR and several major African currencies (FCFA, Naira, Cedi, Shilling, Rand, Dirham…). Billing is processed in EUR.
What is the difference between the marketplace and the Espace Pro?
The marketplace connects diaspora clients with professionals: a platform commission applies to payouts (0% during the launch phase — temporary offer). The Espace Pro is your management software for YOUR own local clients: 0% commission permanently, you only pay the per-seat subscription.
How does the Espace Pro free trial work?
The Espace Pro (€9/seat/month) and Espace Business (€19/seat/month) plans include a 14-day free trial with no commitment. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
What is a “seat” in the Espace Pro?
A seat is one member of your team with access to the platform (site manager, foreman, accountant…). You choose the number of seats when subscribing and can adjust it anytime from your Billing page.
Can I cancel my Espace Pro subscription?
Yes, anytime from your Billing page (secure Stripe portal). Your access remains active until the end of the paid period — no data is ever deleted.

The Marketplace: find verified professionals for your project — joining is free and the marketplace commission is 0% during the launch phase. Espace Pro: the project-management software professionals use for their own clients — subscriptions from €9/seat/month, with a permanent 0% commission on their clients' payments. Add to that fund security: each tranche is locked in held and released only when the milestone is validated by you and confirmed by the photo + AI report. All fees are displayed in advance, with no hidden costs.
