Kinkole is a sector of the commune of N’sele, on the eastern outskirts of Kinshasa, around Boulevard Lumumba and the fishing hub on the Congo River. The integrated landing stage is being followed publicly: in March 2025, the ACP reported partial funding and ongoing works, without making it possible to say that they are now complete. Water facilities were inaugurated in N’sele and Maluku in 2022, with no guarantee that every plot is connected.
