Ebimpé is in the commune of Anyama, in the north of Greater Abidjan. The PTUA places the terminal interchange of the Y4 ring road here, at the junction with the East exit, near the Alassane Ouattara stadium. This connection is a key landmark for following the urban expansion of the area. However, being close to the ring road does not guarantee direct access to a plot, that it can be built on, or that prices will rise. This page separates the documented infrastructure from the features that still need to be checked plot by plot: boundaries, land rights, drainage, utility networks and secondary access. No representative transaction price is available in the sources used.

  • No double sale, dispute or public easement on the plot
  • On-site visit during rainy season if possible (drainage, access)

Risks and points of attention

  • Drainage et emprises routières à vérifier To be verified

Build in Ebimpé

How do I check the land before buying and building?

Ask a notary to check the seller, their rights and the land status. Check the approval of the subdivision and any easements with the relevant authorities. A surveyor must confirm the boundaries. Before building, check the applicable rules and have the soil, water runoff and connections studied.
