The problem is neither a lack of money nor a lack of talent — Africa is full of skilled contractors and engineers. The problem is the absence of a system of trust between the person paying from 6,000 km away and the person building on site.

Our story
Founded in 2025, DiasporaBuild is the first construction management platform specially designed for the African diaspora. We connect families living abroad with verified professionals on the ground.
Our founder, Thierry Mboza, experienced this reality in Germany. After seeing too many projects fail due to lack of transparency, he created the solution he wished he had.
Today, DiasporaBuild operates in Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, with a team distributed between Europe and Africa.
