How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. 1Sign in to your DiasporaBuild account
2. 2Go to Settings
3. 3Scroll to the Danger Zone section
4. 4Click Delete my account

Data that will be deleted

• Your user profile (name, email, profile photo)
• All active sessions (immediate sign-out on all devices)
• Your personal data associated with the account
• Your notification preferences and settings
• Your push notification registration tokens

Partial data deletion

You can delete part of your data (messages, documents, activity history, notifications) without closing your account. Go to:

Data that may be retained

In accordance with our legal obligations, certain data may be retained after your account is deleted:

• Transaction and payment history

  Legal retention required for accounting (minimum 5 years)

• Stripe billing data

  Retained by Stripe per their data retention policy

• Reports and moderation actions

  Retained for fraud prevention and platform safety

• Audit logs

  Retained for security and regulatory compliance
